Når der placeres en ordre i webshoppen, accepteres vores handelsbetingelser automatisk. Du er derfor velkommen til at kontakte os med spørgsmål inden dit køb.
Når du har placeret din ordre, modtager du på mail en ordrebekræftelse fra os. Ordren er herefter bekræftet. Før denne er modtaget, er ordren ikke bekræftet.
Nordic ShoePeople tager forbehold for trykfejl, tastefejl, udsolgte varer mm. og forbeholder sig ret til at ændre priser på webshoppen.
Vi sender med GLS, DAO eller PostNord og ordrer ekspederes så hurtigt som muligt, oftest samme dag. Ved helligdage eller ferier ekspederes sagen hurtigst muligt. Vi medsender - hvis muligt - trackingnummer så du kan følge din forsendelse.
Vi sender fragtfrit i Europa bortset fra Norge, Storbritannien og Schweiz. Her tillægges automatisk et transportgebyr på 20 EUR ved checkout. For ordrer uden for EU indhent venligst forsendelsespris ved at kontakte os før bestilling. For forsendelser uden for EU kan i visse tilfælde pålægges lokal told, moms og skat.
Vi gør alt for at undgår fejl på varen, men skulle du mod forventning modtage en fejlbehæftet vare, så kontakt os med det samme på mail og vedhæft foto af fejlen. Varen må ikke anvendes. Vi starter reklamationsproceduren og du modtager nærmere instrukser fra os.
Vi forbeholder os, i overensstemmelse med Dansk Lovgivning, retten til at bytte varen eller udbedre skaden og/eller tilbyde dig en prisreduktion. Såfremt fejlen skyldes skade forvoldt ved brug, dækkes dette ikke.
Når reklamationen er godkendt, vil beløbet blive refunderet til din konto.
Vi modtager gerne din varer retur inden for senest 14 dage. Ønsker du at bytte til en anden størrelsen - undtaget udsalgsvarer - betales fragten af Nordic ShoePeople. Kontakt os venligst vedrørende dette.
Ønsker du en fuld returnering, skal du blot sende varen til os i samme stand som den er modtaget. Dette gælder også indpakning og skokasse, som skal være i intakt og ubrugt stand.
Nedsatte varer returneres for egen regning til os.
Gavekort kan ikke returneres.
Som kunde hæfter du for varen, indtil den er leveret til os, så husk at gemme postkvittering, trackingnummer mm.

When placing an order at www.nordicshoepeople.com, you automatically accept our terms and conditions. Therefore, please read our terms and conditions beforehand and contact us with any inquireries you might have. Nordic ShoePeople acts under the Danish Law and Danish Sales of Goods Act.
After having placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation of your purchase. This will be sent to your mail adress. The order is not fully confirmed, until you have received the order confirmation from Nordic ShoePeople.
Nordic ShoePeople reserves the right to change the prices on the homepage and are not responsible for sold out goods or printing errors on the webpages.
We ship from Copenhagen, Denmark with DAO, PostNord or GLS. Normally, your purchase will be sent the next working day. In case of local holiday, we ship as fast as possible. General delivery is expected within one week.
For orders within the EU region, we ship free of charge - except Norway, Switzerland and the UK where we charge a shipping cost of 20 euros.
For orders outside the EU region, we charge a shipping fee, that is depending on your country. Shipping expenses can be informed to you by mail.
Included in our prices are VAT and taxes for EU residents. In case you order from a non EU country, there might occur additional VAT and tax expenses. Nordic Shoepeople do not cover these. Please investigate your local conditions before placing your order.
In case of faults on the product:
In case you should receive a product with a fault, please contact us immidiately by mail and attach a photo of the fault. Don’t use the product. We will start the reclamation procedure and let you know how to handle the reclamation. Acting under the Danish Sale Of Goods Act we have the right to repair, exchange, replace or offer you a discount, in case of a fault on the product. If the reclamation is approved, we will transfer the amount back to you or replace the product.
As a customer you can complain about defects and deficiencies that arise within 24 months of the purchase. However, if the defects are due to negligent use, a lack of maintenance, or simply because of normal wear and tear your right to complain is renounced. In case the product must be returned:
In case you wish to return the product, we will be happy to receive it. However, you must return it within 14 days after having received it and in un-used and un-worn original condition. This also applys for the packaging/shoebox. You are responsible for the product, until received by Nordic ShoePeople. We kindly ask you to secure your postal receipt, tracking number etc. and pay attention to how you insure the shipment.
We are happy to exchange to another size - except for sales goods - and we cover the expenses of transportation both ways when you exchange to another size. Just write to us to arrange a pick up and to make sure we have the correct size on stock.
The free size exchange is not for items from the SALE category. If you buy a pair of shoes on sale and wish to return them, you must cover the transportation expenses of shipping them to us.
Gift certificates can not be returned.
When we have received your return, our reclamation staff will check the product and if it is in original condition, we will transfer the amount back to your credit card used.

When you purchase something from our webshop, as part of the buying process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Only with your permission or through you signing up to our newsletter, we will send you emails about our store, special offers and new products.
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and we will use it for that specific reason only.
